🏡 Travelhood – Villa Stay Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-in:
You will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in:
No refund will be provided.
Villa Cancellation by Travelhood:
If the stay is canceled by Travelhood due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, government orders, or force majeure), you may choose to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.
No Refund for Early Checkout or Unused Stay:
If guests leave the villa early or fail to utilize the stay, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.
Transfer of Booking:
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by informing Travelhood at least 24 hours before check-in. This transfer is subject to availability and approval.
✨ Travelhood – Villa Stay Advisory & Instructions
1. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 10 adults is required for booking the villa.
2. Check-in & Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will attract additional charges.
3. Outside Food & Beverages: Carrying or consuming outside food and beverages inside the villa premises is allowed on request .
4. BBQ & Bonfire Services: BBQ and bonfire arrangements are weather-dependent and will be provided only on request with additional charges.
5. Social Etiquette: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others. Loud music or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited, especially during late hours.
6. Prohibited Substances: Smoking inside the villa and alcohol abuse are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Illegal substances are not allowed under any circumstances.
7. Final Authority: The caretaker/manager’s instructions must be followed. In case of disputes, Travelhood’s decision will be final and binding.
8. Cleanliness: Guests are requested to respect and maintain the cleanliness of the property. Littering inside or outside the villa, in the pool, or on the lawn is strictly prohibited. Charges will apply for any damage or extra cleaning.
9. Washroom & Amenities: Washrooms are available in the villa. Kindly do not misuse or clog facilities. Use villa amenities responsibly.
10. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings such as jewelry, cameras, wallets, and electronics. Travelhood or villa staff will not be held liable for any loss or theft.
11. Age Limit: Minimum age requirement is 10 years. Children below 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
12. Pool Usage: Swimming is at your own risk. Children must always be supervised near the pool. Guests must use proper swimwear. Diving is strictly prohibited.
13. Liability Disclaimer: Travelhood, including its organizers, villa owners, and staff, will not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during your stay.
14. No Show – No Refund: Guests who fail to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
15. Event Cancellation (Before Check-in): If Travelhood cancels the booking before check-in due to unforeseen reasons, the amount will be refunded or rescheduled.
16. Event Cancellation (After Check-in): If the stay is cut short or disrupted due to force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), no refund will be provided. However, we will try to provide a suitable alternative wherever possible.
17. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in. Deductions will be made for damages, breakages, or rule violations.
